How residents can get involved in Tilbury and Chadwell Primary Care Network

We will be working with our partners to use local insights (lived experiences) to inform our decision making. 

If you are contacted by the Primary Care Network to support this work, getting involved in the work of the NHS for the first time; you might need a bit of help to guide you. Further information and resources available to support you can be found on the NHS England website.

There are also a number of other ways you can get involved.
